Return & Exchange Policy

Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. All our products are handmade at our own factory Bengkel Baju in Bali which performing final quality control at all stages and have been thoroughly checked prior to shipping. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order due to a manufacturing fault or inaccurate size, you may exercise your right to exchange purchased products within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you received them from You can ship your returns to us with a shipping service of your choice on your own expense and the return shipping will be free of cost. Product exchange is subject to stock availability.

If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange any other item. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess; in other cases, if the item you wish to exchange is lower price than the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

The goods are your responsibility until it reaches our warehouse. Please make sure its packed up properly and securely to avoid any damages. All goods will be inspected on return. As we try to accept all returns, should an item that is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you at your cost or dispose it accordingly. We're not responsible for any items that are returned to us by mistake.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange. We reserve the right not to accept returns or exchange received after 21 days of invoiced date. Furthermore, we reserve the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet our return policy guidelines, in which event, we shall return the merchandise to you at your expense. You are required to pay the shipping and all return charges within fourteen (14) days upon notification, failing which you shall be deemed no longer interested in the merchandise, and the same shall be disposed or dealt with in any manner we deem fit, without any liability and/or further reference to you.

If we receive your package more than 14 days, we have the authority to cancel your product exchange.

We only accept return and exchange, which products have not been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged and the identification tag is still attached to the products.

STRICTLY NO exchange for items such as Flat Price, Mark Down, and Stock Clearance items.

STRICTLY NO cash refund. Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) working days of receipt of returned items.

We operate Monday through Friday (9 am – 5 pm), and Saturday (9 am – 11 am). Payment confirmation received on weekends and holidays will be checked on the next business day. 

Please allow 1 (one) day after payment confirmation for us to check your payment, perform quality control of your merchandise, and pack your order. We will ship the order on the next day. You will be sent a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched with tracking information.

Orders can only be delivered when the full amount of payment is received and confirmed.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to ship your order if any problems regarding the payment occurred. 

Our delivery timescale for both domestic and international standard orders is shown below:

JAKARTA AREA. Estimated delivery time: 1-3 working days after shipment.

OTHER CITIES IN INDONESIA. Estimated delivery time: 2-5 working days after shipment.

INTERNATIONAL. Estimated delivery time: 5-15 working days after shipment.

Delay might occur during public holidays.

Ps. For pre-order items, please allow 7 - 10 ex-factory days.


Please refer to for domestic rates. International shipment is $10 flat rate.

International rates may change based on exchange rate. Shipping cost will be added to your total purchase after you have checked out.

Shipping fees will be charged based on the weight of the order. If the accumulated weight exceeds 1 (one) kg, another kg will be added to shipping fees. Weight of every item is stated on the product detail page that you can reach by simply clicking the product photo.


We are not responsible for merchandise risk of loss after the courier has delivered the order to the address.

We do not take responsibility if the courier cannot deliver the package in time due to incomplete address, misspelled address or no recipient at the address. For Indonesian customers, please check your JNE shipping code in the “Track Order” links at the top of the page ( and call JNE customer service (021-2927 8888) to deal with the problem.

Free shipping will be given if there are mistakes in the order(s).


Once your order has been shipped via JNE (domestic) and TNT (international), you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. Your tracking information can also be found by logging in your account and viewing your orders.

Basic Alterations

We offer any basic alteration service but not applicable for the promotional items. Return shipping cost will be at your own cost. Therefore, for cost and time wise, we would suggest you to check our size guidelines in order for us to alter your merchandise prior to shipping.
